Éco Entreprises Québec, a private non-profit organization, is the new manager of the entire selective collection system and represents companies that market containers, packaging and printed paper in Quebec. Our mission is to enable Quebecers to recover more and better, to ensure a second life for recyclable materials and to contribute to the circular economy throughout the province. Bac Impact, the new benchmark for selective collection in Quebec, aims to educate Quebecers on the correct way to sort materials and to make them aware of the impact of what we put in the bin. Éco Entreprises Québec has nearly 2,700 producer members, whether their place of activity is here or elsewhere in the world. The most recent list of members is published in the annual report.
